Secure Ordering!! Is it safe to buy from nvclothes.com? Yes. At nvclothes.com, we use full secure encryption of your order information (SSL). When you go to your cart or to check out, you will see the a lock icon on the bottom of the browser. When you're in check-out mode that lock will be in the closed position ensuring that your credit card information is safe.
For added security, we also require that you enter the security code on your credit card (3-digits on the back for Visa and Mastercard, 4-digits on the front for American Express).
Sales tax Residents in North Carolina will be charged sales tax. For everyone else, no tax!
nv Return Policy Any item discounted 30% of more will not be eligible for a return or exchange because it is clearance inventory. The items will be FINAL SALE. If you have questions, please call the store prior to ordering - 919.787.3038. For nv Online orders, we allow 10 days from your receipt of shipment to make a return. In order to receive a full refund (minus shipping fees), the item must be received back to us within 10 days of you receiving your package. If the 10 day window has passed, we will be glad to issue you a store credit. Orders received back to us after 30 days will not be accepted and will be returned to you. Please Note: Any item discounted by 30% or more is considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for exchange or refund.
Returning to the Store
If you are in the area, you can return items in person to our North Hills location. Items bought and tried on in the store are subject to our exchange-only policy. However, items bought online can be returned for a full refund. We realize that you have to see and try on before you can be sure! Please note the exception to this policy - any item discounted by 30% or more is considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for exchange or refund.

Shipping Information nv makes every effort to ship your new duds the day you order them. If your order is placed in the evening after we are closed, we will ship the following business day. Sorry, we cannot ship on Saturdays and Sundays. Shipping in the United States nv offers 3 shipping methods within the United States:
Shipping to Canada If you are shipping to Canada, the ground shipping option will arrive in 4-6 business days, barring any delays in Customs. Be aware that Customs may assess duty that they will collect upon delivery. nv is not responsible for paying Duty or Brokerage on your products into Canada. Shipping to Other Regions
